I've been a customer since 2021 and had been very happy with the service. Since a recent update, there is no way to contact customer services through the app. A second issue is that I can no longer turn off the auto-renewal for the monthly contract. I only use my SIM for the months that I need it. These two issues mean that I will have to end my contact if they cannot be resolved. I emailed customer care last week, but after answering their questions they didn't reply.

Absolutely fantastic value in UK and the ONLY brand you should consider if holidaying in India. They offer a package that makes being there, feel like being in UK. However, constructive criticism: When I've used all my data and go to buy a bolt on, please offer more than the £3 for 1gb option. Think about it... if I've managed to use ALL my data; I've used A LOT. So, I will need an equally massive TOP-UP

It might be fine if I could login. I can do so on the website, but trying again and again the app won't recognise the exact same login details. Humbug. Months on, the same problem. I went through the hoops, resetting my password, but the same inane message. Bah
